Deliveries

All internet orders are dispatched in general via Australia Post, or any other courier we may at our discretion use.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however in rural or remote areas the delivery may be left at the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre. Please note drivers cannot call before delivery.

For delivery we suggest approximately 2 business days and up to 5 business days if outside of metro Sydney.

Please note that under certain circumstances Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave box unattended / signature not required. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited.

Customers will be notified of out of stocks and offered a refund or the option to wait for the product to arrive.

Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited will not deliver alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If the recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the alcohol.

Permission can be made to leave box unattended/signature not required by selecting our “Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required” option with your shipping details.

Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Permission to leave Box unattended/signature not required method. You agree to release Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Maple Beverage Co Pty Limited cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double-check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

If customers are sending goods to their place of work, it is helpful if they include the business name, office tower name and level.
